Our FiBouChi is a very special kind of fondue experience. The name FiBouChi combines Fish, Bourguignonne and Chinoise. Our guests choose freely between tender cuts of meat and fine fish, cooking them right at the table in fish stock, wine stock or a classic bouillon. Alongside, we serve fresh vegetables, seasonal fruit, crispy chips, rice and our 18 homemade sauces, which have long been a highlight of FiBouChi. Naturally, everything is served à discrétion, so everyone can eat exactly what they fancy.

Because everyone decides for themselves what ends up on their plate, FiBouChi is the perfect choice for groups. Whether it's a family celebration, corporate event, birthday or club dinner, everyone sits together at the table, finds their own favourite combination, and no one has to choose between meat or fish.
