Looking for the right space to set up your own course, or to expand what you already offer? Our exercise studio can be hired in half-hour slots and offers ideal conditions for regular courses or one-off workshops.
The bright room holds up to 15 participants and features a generous mirrored wall. Thanks to its existing set-up, the room is perfect for TRX training, and just as well suited as a yoga room, dance studio, for group fitness classes, stretching, gymnastics, back training, meditation and many other movement classes.
Our offering is especially interesting for yoga teachers, personal trainers, dance schools, fitness coaches and course leaders who want to build up their own course in the region or expand what they already run.
Alongside the studio, you benefit from extensive infrastructure. Plenty of parking is available right outside the building. Modern changing rooms and showers add extra comfort, and our restaurant invites you to eat or grab a coffee together before or after training. Everything is under one roof, making the location in Cham, canton of Zug, especially attractive – including for classes over lunch or after work.
