Registration: A personal online account is required. Registering once with a valid email address is free and can be done from home or with us on site.

Booking window: Courts can be booked at most 3 weeks in advance.

Booking: You make the booking yourself in our online booking system, or in person at reception in Cham.

Payment: Court hire is paid cashlessly, either during the online booking process or at reception at sports Zugerland in Cham before your session starts.

Restriction: This option is intended for individual sport only. Tournament bookings (several courts or hours at the same time under the same name) are not possible under this model.

Cancellation deadline: A strict cancellation deadline of 8 hours before play starts applies, and we apply it consistently. Cancellations or changes made less than 8 hours in advance are chargeable.

Refunds: Bookings that have already been paid for and are cancelled too late are not refunded.

Your responsibility: You make changes to existing bookings (rescheduling or cancelling) yourself in the online system, or in person at reception in Cham.

Time frame for changes: Online cancellations and changes are only possible within a window running from 8 hours before play starts to at most 3 weeks from today's date.

Reservation of rights by sports Zugerland: In exceptional cases we reserve the right to claim courts that have already been booked, for our own use or for major events. If that happens, we will tell you immediately and refund any payments you have made in full.

By arrangement: Bookings are made solely by arrangement in person with our reception staff at sports Zugerland in Cham (weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00).

How the booking works: Once payment has been received, our staff enter the courts you want into the system for you in one go.

Payment: Courts are paid for on site straight away. Amounts over CHF 500.– are invoiced and must be paid by bank transfer.

Guarantee: Courts are only firmly reserved for you once payment has been received in full.

Cancellation and refunds: With this booking option, cancellations, rescheduling and refunds for unused sessions are excluded without exception.

Binding nature: Once paid and entered, the dates are fixed. There is no entitlement to a later credit or change.

No changes after booking: Once the booking has been made, our staff can no longer make manual changes to your booked courts or move them.

Reservation of rights by sports Zugerland: In exceptional cases we reserve the right to claim courts that have already been booked, for our own use or for major events. If that happens, we will tell you immediately and refund any payments you have made in full.

Price advantage: You get a 10% discount compared with the classic single booking (10 for the price of 9).

Purchase: This product can only be bought at reception on site, and is credited directly to your online account.

Validity: The 10 sessions must be used within one year of the purchase date. After that, any remaining balance expires without exception.

Rescheduling: You change the court or the time of individual bookings yourself in the online system (possible up to 8 hours before play starts and at most 3 weeks from today's date).

Guarantee: Courts are only firmly reserved for you once payment has been received in full. If payment does not arrive in time, the courts are released immediately.

Validity: The 15 sessions must be used within one year of the purchase date. After that, any remaining balance expires without exception.

Cancellation: Bookings you cancel online within the 8-hour cancellation deadline are automatically credited back to your balance. You make cancellations yourself in the online system (possible within the 3-week window).

Rescheduling: You change the court or the time of individual bookings yourself in the online system (possible up to 8 hours before play starts and at most 3 weeks from today's date).

Renewal: You can renew for the same court and time at most 3 weeks before the series ends – provided capacity is available and no annual slot has claimed that time.

Term: The standard term officially starts on 1 September and runs for a full 12 months, covering up to 52 guaranteed sessions (same weekday, same time).

Joining mid-year: You can join at any time. In that case we issue a pro-rata invoice from your starting month until 31 August.

Automatic renewal: The annual membership renews automatically for a further year unless we receive written notice of cancellation by 30 June at the latest.
